In healthy state we experience ease at physical and mental level .We are most adaptable to the environment we are living, we have good appetite ,we get sound sleep easily and wake up refreshed. We are able to handle ourselves, our relations or the way we deal with things such that we are able to distress ourselves by adapting healthy lifestyle inclusive of sports, exercise, yoga or activities which we enjoy doing.
Thus in general we feel energetic. Thus health is not mere absence of disease but way of adaptation or living in that moment as the situation demands.
According to Dr.Hahnemann in paragraph 9 he mentions in his book Organon of medicine-
“ In healthy condition of man the spiritual vital force the dynamics that animates the material body, rules with unbounded sway and retains all the parts of organism in admirable harmonious vital operation , as regards both sensation and functions ,so that our indwelling reason-gifted mind can freely employ this living ,healthy instrument for the higher purposes of our existence”
